Support
Email support@songwright.app and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue happened. You can also use the convenient Contact Support buttons within the app (in the Account and About views) to include helpful version and phone information automatically.
How do I delete my account?
Open Songwright, tap the Account avatar in the top-left, then tap Delete Account. This removes your authentication record and your iCloud-synced songs. The action is permanent and cannot be undone.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Inside Songwright, tap the Account avatar, then tap Manage Subscription — this opens the App Store subscription page for Songwright. You can also reach it directly: open the App Store, tap your profile picture, tap Subscriptions, then choose Songwright. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
I bought the app on a new device — how do I get my purchase back?
Open Songwright, tap the Account avatar in the top-left, then tap Get Songwright Unlimited. On the Upgrade view, tap Restore Purchases below the offerings. As long as you're signed in to the same Apple Account that made the original purchase, your unlimited entitlement will be restored.
Where is my song data stored?
All audio, lyrics, and song metadata live in your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. We never see or store your content on our servers. If iCloud sync isn't working, check Settings → Apple Account → iCloud and make sure Songwright is enabled.
