Terms of Use
Last updated: May 30, 2026
Your use of Songwright on Apple devices is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement — including its provisions about warranty, liability, acceptable use, and governing law. The sections below add Songwright-specific terms about subscriptions and purchases that Apple's EULA does not cover.
Subscriptions
Songwright offers a monthly and a yearly auto-renewing subscription. Current prices and any free trial length are shown on the paywall inside the app at the time of purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in the App Store: open the App Store, tap your profile, tap Subscriptions, then choose Songwright.
- If you cancel during a free trial, you keep access through the trial end date and are not charged.
One-Time Purchase
The one-time purchase grants the same unlimited entitlement as the subscriptions, with no expiration and no recurring charge. It is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on other devices signed in to the same Apple Account.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
